Hi there,
Okay, now it actually feels like we’re back.
October in Miami is a very specific kind of reset.
Everyone is back in town, calendars are suddenly full again, routines are back in place and somehow every brand has decided to host an event at the exact same time.
We also took a slightly longer newsletter summer break than planned.
But we’re back — and we have a lot to catch you up on.

A summer with lululemon
We spent our summer producing the lululemon Summer Series in Miami, bringing hundreds of people together for movement, community and some very sweaty Miami evenings. And can we talk about lululemon for a second? Quality has always been their thing, but lately, their designs are giving us even more to talk about. The new collections are really good, and with a new activewear brand popping up every 12 minutes, lululemon is keeping the competition on its toes. Consider us pleasantly surprised. |

A little wellness escape to Aspen
We took WellUp to the mountains with the ness Retreat at W Aspen, bringing movement and a little Miami energy to the altitude. A change of scenery, incredible views and a reminder that wellness hits differently when you're surrounded by mountains instead of palm trees. Not going to lie, we could get used to that. |

West Coast energy
We’ve been busy bringing brand experiences to life in Los Angeles, including a dreamy Cloudblend launch with PAVOI and a sculpt-inspired, thoughtfully curated Meet Core activation with CSB. Think movement, sound baths, matcha, and lots of little details that make an event feel like more than just a workout. Turns out, we love taking WellUp on the road. But with Miami season officially back, we're very happy to be home. |
OUR TWO CENTS
Everyone’s talking about
Our take: Comprehensive blood panels, hormone testing, biological age. Apparently, knowing what's happening inside our bodies is the new wellness obsession.
Our take: We're here for it. We'll gladly sit through 20 tubes of blood if it means identifying patterns, understanding our bodies better, and figuring out what actually makes us feel good. More data, less guessing.
Everyone’s talking about
Our take: Heated Pilates. Heated sculpt. Heated yoga. Does every workout need to feel like a sauna?
Our take: We might be in the minority here, but we're over it. Lately, we've found ourselves actively searching for non-heated classes. We love a good sweat, but sweating more doesn't necessarily mean a better workout.
Consider this our petition to bring back room-temperature fitness.

For your morning: Pikora Bone Broth
Chocolate bone broth in coffee sounds questionable. We know. |

For that week: O Positiv FLO PMS Complete Relief
Cramps, bloating, fatigue — basically the monthly group chat nobody asked to be added to. |

For your skin: Alix Earle's Reale Actives Moisturizer
At this point, every influencer and celebrity has a product line, and we'll admit, we're skeptical of most of them. |
Wellup Perks
You read this far. You deserve something.
Social media is extremely loud when it comes to biohacking and longevity.
Take this supplement. Track this metric. Buy this device. Apparently, we should all know our biological age before breakfast.
Something we’re much more interested in? Preventive health.
A DEXA Scan goes well beyond the number on the scale. It gives you a breakdown of body composition, including body fat and lean mass, while also measuring bone density — the kind of information that gives you an actual baseline to work from instead of guessing based on how you feel that week.
And because we love a perk that's actually useful:
